Rising Tide Car Wash

Car wash ruined my car and refused to take responsibility for the damage that their car wash caused. This car wash left this sticky residue all over my car. You cannot remove it without scratching the car. One of the managers tried to remove the residue and scratched the hood of my car. Rising Tide is claiming that this residue was on my car before I entered the car wash. This was not the case. The manager had me go through a second time to see if the car wash would rinse it off. They used the image for the second time we went through the car wash as evidence that the residue was already on our car. I have video evidence of leaving my house before heading straight to the car wash as well. My car had nothing in the hood. I will be pursuing further actions.

This place sucks! Today, I remember why I stopped coming here. I paid $40 and can’t event get my cup holders clean. I’m drinking away and my dashboard is still dusty. I have to continuously ask them to re-wipe the areas, making me look a mad woman. I just don’t understand how they have 5 ppl cleaning a car for them to miss so many spots! And that’s every time I’m here! Other places have one person who focus solely on your car and nothing is missed! Horrible system!

My life generates on quick and convenient. I joined a basic membership so we have a separate lane to enter. Car comes out clean with a tire shine, minus the rims which is extra. Dryer doesn't completely dry the car but its fine by me. Free vacuums and spray with cloth towels are available after the wash if you chose, which I use. I would like to give recognition to all of the workers there. They are always pleasant and welcoming with a smile and always grant you to have a great day. These days, that is very uncommon said to a customer anywhere you go. So I fully support that. The only negative I have to say is that I totally avoid this place on the weekends. The line is so extremely long and I mean I mean waiting 20-30 minutes to drive through. I go during the week and zip right through!

By far the worst car wash experience I have ever had. I get to the front of the car wash and the attendant tells me it would be however many dollars to clean the inside. I go through the wash get to where they clean the interiors and the guy tells me all he can do is disinfect the inside, he will not even vacuum it unless I pay $30 something extra. I say okay just disinfect it. 5 minutes later he calls me to say my car is ready and all he did was spray disinfectant in my seats. He did not wipe anything down, it was soaking wet on my seats. I had to wipe it down just to be able to sit. The head rest was untouched, so was the center console, and the dashboard as well. 100% avoid this place

This car wash is always well-maintained, and the staff are not only friendly but genuinely go the extra mile. I really appreciate the free vacuums, cloths, and cleaning spray—they make it easy to detail the inside of your car at your own pace. The membership is definitely worth it if you like to keep your car clean regularly—you can come as often as you like! What makes this place extra special is knowing it’s run by individuals on the autism spectrum. It’s become part of my weekend routine and a little moment of calm in my week. Supporting businesses like this helps build a more inclusive community, and I’m proud to be a customer. If you're looking for great service and a good cause, this is the car wash to choose. Special shout out to Oyvind who always comes by to offer free tire shine and car scent! No matter how hot it is out here he is always smiling and working hard.
